| Hi all,
If anyone feels like lending a hand, I'm gonna need all the help I can get posting every single item model we have stashed in the BRF files to the new items forum so the whole team can review each item and decide on how it is going to fit into the game. Look at the four posts already up there, and simply follow the same structure.
Thanks,
- Alex | |

| Alex,
I can probably help you if you already have these items w/ mesh names listed out on a spreadsheet or something..
If it take going though the code though to find all the names, and such different story.
E-mail me the details if you wish, or get me on MSN, as I'm on it now while here at work, heh.

| Hiya,
Sadly, I don't have all the items listed. I'm going through the BRF files and uploading every single item mesh we have, and then finding out if they're in use in module_items.py.

Ahh doh, yea will be more difficult me to help you then as I don't have a coders eye for something like that.. If you ever do get on a spreadsheet first though if that's quicker and easier to do, let me know and I'll be happy to help then posting the materials up. MP

| Its easy enough MP, just open up the resource files with OpenBRF (Or BRFEdit) and note down the name of each file that appears. | |

Yea, which I can probably, do.. it's the 2nd part of the task of going in the module_items.py files that would be difficult for me, as I don't have a "coders" eye to look for stuff like that. MP

| If you open up the module_items.py file in any text editor and do a search for the mesh name you get from openbrf, you'll find the line associated with the mesh. All the info for that item is written there, in this format: (item id, item name, mesh name, item properties, etc) Oh, and ah, if you do end up helping- make sure to get a snapshot of the mesh in openbrf for everyone to see what it looks like | |
